1. Department Coordinator (Business Development Department)
Job Description:
1. Will be reporting directy to head of business development and business development executive.will be incharge of informing and coordinating all their meetings and appointments.
2. Will be incharge of coordinating, handling, and managing all administrative matters involving department operation.
3. Will be incharge in coordinating department meetings, inter department meetings with other coordinators and arranging all related matters.
4. Will be incharge of coordinating and arrangemnt of travelling, claims and reimbursement for the head of business development and the business development executive.
5. Will be incharge of preparing all related marketing material and managing ans updating of the contents of the company website.
6. She will also be a spokeperson and company representative in some presentation along with the head of business development and the executive if needed.
7. All related matters upon request.
Qualification:
1. Diploma/degree in business administration/secretarial/social science
2. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
3. 1 year working experience is an added advantage.
4. Pleasant personality, able to work with minimum supervision, able to handle work pressure and on weekend if needed.
5. Able to start by 2nd January 2009
